Deorro – All This Time (Timmy Trumpet Remix)Press Pic Deorro 1 C Alei Papaleopoulos

Deorro’s summertime anthem ‘All This Time’ gets a groovy house treatment from Timmy Trumpet, refreshing the track with a vocal chop and a playful bounce. The Aussie brings his trademark style into the mix, keeping the integrity of the original vocals while fusing in an up tempo bass line and a cool breeze of melodies from down under. For anyone looking for a more party-ready version of Deorro’s pop hit, this remix is a toned and bounce-inspired cut from Mr. Trumpet that adds just enough bounce to the OG to feel fresh but familiar.

Revisit Tomorrowland Weekend One, with Charlotte de Witte, Tiësto, KSHMR, and moreTomorrowland

Year after year, the most in-demand electronic acts from across the globe
and their cross-continental patrons gather in Boom, Belgium for what is unquestionably one of the most bonkers celebrations in dance music. This year, for its 15th anniversary, the festival saw familiar faces from across the electronic genre continuum, like techno tidal wave and Belgian native, Charlotte de Witte, trance’s enduring patriarch, Armin van Buuren, and the Godfather of EDM himself, Tiësto; while DJ Diesel (Shaq) caused quite a ruckus over at the main stage for his Tomorrowland dubstep-fueled debut.

The quintessential dance music domain saw a colossal main stage revamp of its 2012 theme, the Book of Wisdom. More larger-than-life performances are practically guaranteed for weekend two, which kicks off Thursday July 25, and closing out on Monday July 29.

Tomorrowland & Timmy Trumpet up troll ante with Vitas ‘7th Element’ cameo

The name “Vitas” might not sound familiar at first, but most who possess an appreciation of meme culture most certainly know who he is by face and voice. Vitas is a Russian singer, whose distinctive falsetto and stationary facial expressing in the single “7th Element” have earned him billions of views collectively over the years. It’s an oddly infectious piece, so left-field that viewers can’t look away upon discovery.

Timmy Trumpet was clearly inspired by this phenomenon, judging by his Tomorrowland set. In a move that some might even describe as a troll or a publicity stunt, the artist brought Vitas on stage with him to sing along live with what seemed to be a 2019 revamp of the infamous tune. He seems to have transformed “7th Element” into a Melbourne bounce-esque number; but it’s hard to tell exactly because within a minute, he and Vitas had shifted into a psy/hardstyle mashup of the infamous Edvard Grieg classic “In The Hall Of The Mountain King.” Mr. Trumpet certainly did a formidable job matching the ridiculousness of Salvatore Ganacci the year prior with this showing.
