Rebecca Black Goes EDM In Newest Single “The Great Divide”

Alright, so we all remember the awful, soul-crushing song that was “Friday” by Rebecca Black, yes?

Well, she’s grown up and so has her music as can clearly be heard in her new single “The Great Divide.” An acoustic version of the song leaked a little while ago, but now the official music video shows a much more EDM-influenced track.

All things considered, she has a terrific voice and even the production is pretty great. It’s still heavily pop-oriented, but hey, that’s her shtick – we can’t fault her for it.
