Pallbearer prepare to march that casket all over the planet, share new music video

This post was originally published on this site

I’m guessing that Pallbearer are hitting the gym and working HARD AS FUCK on their calf raises and overhead presses right about now…because the doom metal foursome is about to have some epic coffin-schlepping to do on their just-announced tour of basically everywhere on earth this summer and fall.

Hot(ish?) on the heels of their third album — last year’s Heartless — the lads will gravely hoist and march their mortal burden all over Europe for several months straight before returning to North American soil for yet another solemn go-round with the Swedish twee-pop band Tribulation (just kidding; Tribulation is a metal band too!).

And as if that wasn’t enough to make you start sweating vicariously, the band has also just unveiled a beefy new live video for the album track “Thorns,” which was shot during part of their LAST giant-ass tour back in February. Watch it down below (ahead of the complete list of tour dates) to get a good visual assessment as to just how in-shape these four funereal workhorses of the apocalypse are in.
