Accomplished production veteran Robin Schulz has been booking some prime collaborators for his upcoming Uncovered LP, which is set to release on September 8. “OK,” his newly-unveiled second single from the album, features James Blunt of “You’re Beautiful” fame.
In his usual fashion, Schulz takes listeners on a cheerful cruise through a mellow house soundscape, rife with pianos and bursts of synths that unfold nicely across its development. James Blunt adds a relatable, introspective twist to the piece with impassioned vocals that constantly question whether everything is truly going to be “OK” with the subject of his verses.
Prior to his newest release, Schulz joined forces with David Guetta and Cheat Codes for the energetic “Shed.” Given the impact of both singles thus far, it’s looking like Uncovered will be yet another well-received body of work from the producer.
