Out now on Monstercat, Conro has released a music video for his latest single “Take Me There.” With an airy vocal sample and infectious melody the track serves as a stripped down, structurally traditional house track — an apt one at that.

Chet Porter, Savoy, Meaux Green, B-Sides, and Conro are the lucky chosen ones, each helping makes this remix EP a diverse blend of edits with each submission showcasing its own genuine flavor. Louis The Child chose wisely when handing their original off to these producers and in turn, proved that “Love Is Alive” has long legs.

After the smashing success of its inaugural Uncaged compilation in May, Monstercat has followed up with a second set of tantalizing tunes.
The Canadian label’s Uncaged Vol. 2 came out on Aug. 25 and includes 31 songs and a nearly two-hour album mix. The album features Monstercat favorites like Pegboard Nerds and Tut Tut Child, along with newcomers to the label like Slander and RIOT. In addition to the producers, skillful vocalists like Elizaveta and David Benjamin also lend their voices to this incredible collection of music. Lovers of everything from playful house music to hardcore dubstep will find themselves immersed in this unique collection of music.
The independent label consistently pushes the boundaries of electronic music, uniting artists that might’ve otherwise never worked together. Uncaged Vol. 2 is Monstercat’s 32nd compilation album since its founding in 2011.
In addition to the collection of music, the label has also released an accompanying line of merchandise. Check it out here.
Monstercat will be releasing an 18-track album in collaboration with the video game Rocket League featuring all new songs — one of which will be produced by Slushii. Rocket League — essentially an inversion on soccer featuring cars — has taken the esports industry by storm and has grossed more than $6 million in sales since its debut in July of 2015. Their newest collaboration with Monstercat, titled ‘Rocket League x Monstercat Vol.1′ will feature songs by Eminence, Aero Chord, Rameses B, Zero Hero, Conro, WRLD, Rogue, Tristam, Feint, Vicetone, and many others.

The producer premiered his song for the collaboration via his Instagram and the preview shows his expert infusion of gaming sounds with his signature style. If his preview is representative of the quality of the music on the full album, we can certainly say we are excited.

Canadian producer Conro has already had an exceptional 2017, and the year’s not even halfway over yet.
On May 17, the producer put out his latest single on Monstercat: a laid-back track called “Lay Low.” Unlike his previous release, a high-energy remix of Martin Garrix and Dua Lipa‘s “Scared to be Lonely,” “Lay Low” emits a much more relaxed downtempo vibe.
David Benjamin‘s smooth vocals glide perfectly over Conro’s mellow beats in the track. The producer is consistently pushing the boundaries of conventional electronic music, and the remainder of the year is sure to be a success for him.
