Above & Beyond announces MMW date alongside Seven Lions to conclude upcoming NA ‘Common Ground’ tour

This post was originally published on this site

While the formidable trance trio Above & Beyond has yet to embark on their forthcoming “Common Ground” tour in honor of their upcoming album of the same name — to be released in January —the group’s already announced an incredibly exciting denouement of the tour.

Fans of the ensemble can expect a cinematic deliverance from the three, now set to conclude in Miami at the famed RC Cola Plant during Miami Music Week on March 22, 2018 alongside Seven Lions.

Abandoned in the early ’90s, the RC Cola Plant has since become a haven for street and graffiti artists alike. Above & Beyond’s takeover of the venue will follow-up their two previous sold-out jaunts there in previous years.

The “Common Ground” tour is poised to be Above & Beyond’s biggest tour to date, and includes massive headline slots at The Hollywood Bowl, Madison Square Garden, Sydney Opera House, Royal Albert Hall, Alexandra Palace, London, Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome, The O2 Arena, Red Rocks and The Gorge Amphitheater, and many more.

Attendees are sure to see the new, expectedly evocative album play out before their eyes. Currently, three singles are available for listening off the album including, “Northern Soul,” “Tightrope,” and “My Own Hmyn.”

While at their sold-out global trance gathering, ABGT 250, the larger-than-life trio Above & Beyond news of an upcoming tour hitting Los Angeles and New York City.

Fans will be pleased to know that, following today’s first phase roll out of the “Common Ground” tour, that Jono, Tony, and Paavo will be spending their entire winter and spring traveling across North America. The newly added shows include US stops in Philadelphia, Toronto, San Francisco, Detroit, Chicago, Atlanta and more.

The NA tour comes on the heels of the announcement that Above & Beyond’s forthcoming album, Common Ground, will be released some time in January of 2018. The album’s third single “Northern Soul” — set for release November 3 — follows the release of “Tightrope” and “My Own Hymn,” and marks the group’s reunion with “Sun and Moon” vocalist, Richard Bedford.

Above & Beyond camp had this to say regarding their Winter/Spring embarkment across the U.S.,

“Our ‘Common Ground’ album tour will travel to over 25 cities this winter, including a few places we don’t get to visit too often. The album is almost finished – we can’t wait to share our latest creations with the North American Anjunafamily.”
