He has also continued to traverse musical genres, with his scope of work including pop co-writing credits with Ed Sheeran on “Way to Break My Heart.” Now, his latest venture comes in the form of Zac Brown Band‘s sixth studio album, The Owl.

Alongside Skrillex, Zac Brown have also enlisted pop mega-producer Max Martin, Benny Blanco, Ryan Tedder, and Shawn Mendes for co-writing duties on the forthcoming LP. The group promise “something for everyone” on The Owl, describing it as “exciting, raw, and unexpected”.

“We are always pushing ourselves as musicians by blurring genre boundaries and incorporating all kinds of music we are personally inspired by, elevating what we are capable as a group”, stated Zac Brown.

The Owl will be released on September 20.
