Time Warp unveils massive lineup for 2018

German techno gathering Time Warp released their lineup ahead of the festival’s 2018 edition. Since 1994, Time Warp has solidified itself as Germany’s premiere underground gathering, and has since become a globally recognized event. Featuring artists like Speedy JSven Väth, and Richie Hawtin over the years, the festival is known for pushing the envelope with stellar underground programming.

2018 will feature a diverse plethora of artists — both legends and rising players — such as Nina Kraviz, Ricardo Villalobos, Sven Väth, Adam Beyer, Jamie Jones, Dixon, Seth Troxler, Ben Klock, and Tale of Us. 2018 is set to be a massive year for the Mannheim festival.

Awakenings announces monstrous two-day 2018 lineup

Awakenings Festival has announced its glorious 2018 lineup, which will descend upon the grounds of Spaarnwoude on June 30 and July 1.

Over 100 artists will perform over the two days with some of techno’s heaviest acts fronting the bill. Artists like Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, Nina Kraviz, Sven Väth, and more, are some of the prime stalwarts on the bill. Awakenings will also see an equal dosage of techno’s ever-rising stalwarts like Job Jobse, Amelie Lens, Charlotte de Witte, and Dax J making their Awakening debuts.

Richie Hawtin will also be in attendance, bringing his special CLOSE concept to The Netherlands for the first time ever. Other notable acts include Marcel Dettmann, Joseph Capriati, Kölsch, Maceo Plex — who will be bringing his Mosaic concept to Awakenings for the first time ever — Ben Klock, Jamie Jones, Ricardo Villalobos, and Seth Troxler.

As expected, Awakenings Festival will be going above and beyond in their groundbreaking production. Attendees can expect top-of-the-line stage design, particularly in the open air areas of the festival.

Novi Sad, Serbia’s award-winning Exit Festival has just announced its dance arena’s “heroes of techno” line-up.

Exit Festival will host Richie Hawtin, Adam Beyer b2b Ida Engberg, Ben Klock, Amelie Lens, Danish DJ Anastasia Kristensen,  Croatia’s DJ Jock, and Dusan Nikolic b2b Runy at its 2018 dance arena installment. In 2018, Exit will be holding five festivals in five different countries as part of Exit Freedom and promises “even more innovations” than in years past.

London is adding a new chapter to its dance music history books with the opening of a new late-night venue over New Years Eve weekend.

E1 London is a former factory that’s been transformed into a vast, world-class music space, simply waiting to host the who’s who in established and emerging talent from the global dance realm.

The new club will be opening on NYE weekend and is boasting a stellar 27-hour lineup in honor of the occasion. E1’s presenting an enticing array of melodic and electronic heavyweights such as Âme, Mano Le Tough, Kiasmos, and Denis Horvat. In the early hours of New Years’ Day, E1 will be moving into a more intense sonic style with the Klockworks boss Ben Klock holding it down, plus a number of fervent sets from Rødhåd, Planetary Assault Systems, and more.

E1 London also promises a state of the art audio experience as it has collaborated with Sound Services Ltd on a new bespoke, integrated Funktion-One sound system for the venue.

The Warehouse Project has given music fans something to look forward to come its opening in September. Two LCD Soundsystem shows on September 16 and 17 have already sold out, already signaling a bountiful season for the Manchester promoters.

House and techno fans are allowed their time to revel in The Warehouse Project’s opening glory the following weekend, where its first dance acts have officially been unveiled. Eats Everything will be headlining on Friday, September 22 alongside The Martinez Brothers and a back-to-back from Richy Ahmed and Patrick Topping. Saturday brings an even larger menu of artists – 11 in total, which include the likes of Ben Klock, Peggy Gou, Ben UFO, and more. The weekend is going to be a surefire success, bringing top-quality acts to the locale.
