BEAUZ & Lenii – Not That Brave

This post was originally published on this site

DJ-producer duo BEAUZ have released their newest track”Not That Brave,” written and sung by Irish singer/producer Lenii.

The track is four years in the making, as the BEAUZ brothers, Bernie and Johan Yang, revealed the song stems from a simple electro house chord progression in 2013, though never got off the ground until Lenii sent them her decisive vocals a few years later. It was then that the indie/trap dance “Not That Brave” was conceived in its final form.

According to Lenii, the lyrics are her own commentary on modern romance: “I wrote the song realising that a fear of commitment has become so common…The hard-hitting production from BEAUZ really tied the song together and built on the youthful energy.”
