The underground sound-smith, Madeaux, recently dropped his three-track Club Demons EP on A-Trak‘s Fool’s Gold imprint. “Love” with BRUX was the final piece to the project, nudging a dampened club atmosphere through ominous vocals and that strong bass house backing fans know and love from the LA-based producer.

Previously released were singles “I WANT YOU” with classic synth-pop melodies and a weighty bassline, and the EP title track featuring Dances With White Girls with a more plucky, pop attitude.

With late night warehouse-ready hitters, Club Demons proves to be a trek through haunted audiovisual chaos, aiming to thrive in the lowest depths of club culture for those fiending for the early morning outing.

Few artists have defined the modern underground sound as much as LA resident Madeaux, who continues his string of booze-infused and sweat-soaked house releases with his latest heater, “CLUB DEMONS.” For the new original cut, the Fools Gold standout summons Dances With White Girls, who garnishes with the beat with a vocal line that’ll possess clubbers well into the after-party, where seeds for the promiscuous collaboration were originally planted.

“[Dances With White Girls] and I had wanted to do something for awhile because we always would run into each other at after hours and kinda side eye like, ‘I been seeing you everywhere.’” Madeaux says to Dancing Astronaut on the release. “Finally got down and did it with the intention of writing the song about after partying, [the] tentative title was ‘Party in Private.’”

Whether it’s partying in private or clubbing with demons, the latest Madeaux fix is all but ready to start an after-after hours in the Uber on the way home. “CLUB DEMONS” is the first track of an upcoming EP of the same name, the full release is expected to drop on Fools Gold Records on Aug 16.
