Having formed back in 2013, the UK-based trio Gentlemens Club has become an essential player in a sea of rising bass artists. In addition to a collaboration with Israeli star Borgore, the group has remixed tracks for Zomboy, MUST DIE! and more that have allowed them to reach new heights, which includes the release of their new Black Gold EP.

The 4-track EP is a wild assortment of UK-grime builds, hip-hop beats and heavy, bass-influenced drops. They’ll head to EDC Vegas 2018 in May as well as a few dates on the “Black Label” tour, accompanied by Skism and Trolley Snatcha.

Snowbombing Canada announces headliners ODESZA and Cardi B for 2018 edition

From Montreal’s Igloofest, to the gone-but-never-forgotten Brrrrr Winter Music Festival in Toronto, Canadians are incredibly fortunate to host a plenitude of outdoor-winter events throughout the years. Though winter is close to being over and the inaugural start to festival season approaches, Snowbombing Canada is here to remind everyone that there’s never a wrong time to party in the snow.

Fusing the worlds of winter-sports and dance music into a winter-wonderland for four days and nights, Snowbombing Canada takes place from April 5–9 amidst Sun Peaks Valley; one of the hidden treasures of Canada’s West coast. With success in booking distinguished and complementary dance/hip-hop headliners, last year’s event saw Kaskade and Ludacris close out the event.

As the 2018 edition nears, fan-favorite duo ODESZA and hip-hop queen Cardi B are set to headline the “Forest Stage”, appropriately located in between the panoramic views of snow-capped mountains and towering trees. Boasting a plethora of additional acts like Black Tiger Sex Machine, Gorgon City and Troyboi, Snowbombing has curated a detailed lineup that suits the festival’s exuberant vibe.

Snowboarders and skiers are treated to the best of both worlds; shredding during the day and dancing at night. Activities like ‘Alpine Yoga’, ‘The Snowlympics’ and some cheeky ‘Chair Life Speed Dating’ add unique attributes that turn guests from attendees, into Snowbombing veterans.

Borgore teams up with Bella Thorne for saucy ‘Salad Dressing’

This post was originally published on this site

Bella Thorne loves EDM. In fact, (fake) Diplo has gone so far as to joke on Twitter that the late Disney Channel star has made him regret inventing the genre.

It was only a matter of time before Thorne linked up with EDM’s head-honchos, and who better than the father of all that is crude and lewd to follow up her Prince Fox collaboration than the lewd-king — Borgore himself.

As expected, “Salad Dressing” is a crude, provocative number. “I don’t know if you mind,” the track begins, “But would you like the sauce in the salad? Or the sauce on the side?” To which Thorne answers, “I don’t care, you can put it anywhere.”

And while one user on Reddit has gone on to describe the collaboration as “…2010 dubstep f*ccboi music,” the tune’s undoubtedly a catchy number, only to be left in ambiguity for its listener to interpret.

It was only a matter of time, but Borgore has officially partnered with Pornhub for latest music video [NSFW]

Porn. The word is almost onomatopoeic in its ubiquitous meaning. Hub. The loosely used suffix to define the effective center of any particular activity or network. So essentially Pornhub would be the internet’s self-proclaimed epicenter of pornography, though today, the website is adding another beat, excuse the pun, to their relatively narrow content mill. The pornography giant has partnered with Borgore to debut his latest music video for an appropriately titled “Savage.” Yes, nowadays Pornhub is diversifying their portfolio with music video hosting. Though it was only a matter of time before they either linked with Borgore’s brazenly crass brand, or offered him a job.

The “Domino” producer’s latest output is par for the course Borgore: its loud, aggressive, bass-laden party music, though the marketing campaign behind the new music video is undeniably ingenious. Leveraging the millions of eyes viewing Pornhub pages at every hour of the day, Borgore’s C- new tune and hilariously NSFW new video will be in front of everyone whether they like it or not.

Borgore goes back to his dubstep roots with ‘Domino’

This post was originally published on this site

Borgore has gone through many stylistic phases, initially gaining momentum for his aggressive dubstep sound that fit perfectly with the newfound interest which 2010 US audiences had in the genre. As trap rose to popularity in the following years, Borgore was able to gain more momentum by pushing twerk music alongside a “booty-centric” aesthetic.

Ultimately, Asaf Borger has centered his own music and his Buygore imprint around bass music in general, pulling from all ends of the aggressive dance music spectrum. Today, July 6, the producer has come full circle with “Domino,” enlisting the support of established reggae artist Mad Cobra. With his newest single, Borgore revisits his authentic style of heavy-handed dubstep in a fashion that will appeal to both his longtime fans and recent inductees.

Borgore’s music is best listened to in an intricate live setting, where its heavy bass and spectrum of sharp synthesizers are able to reach their full potential, backed by a good sound system and accompanied by an equally stimulating visual experience. Recently, the Israeli dubstep and big room purveyor treated fans to an unforgettable show in Las Vegas, where he took up a slot at the prolific nightclub Omnia and put the venue’s technical aspects to the test.

The performer engendered great fervor among the crowd as the unrelenting setlist, vibrant visual spectacle and quaking speakers coalesced into an eruption of electrifying stimuli.
