Illenium just released an emotive anthem in his John Bellion collaboration “Good Things Fall Apart”—but that’s not all the prolific future bass producer has up his sleeve. The artist surprised fans on social media with an announcement that he’d be releasing a third album, ASCEND, before summer’s end. ASCEND will release on August 16, with more information “coming soon,” stated Illenium is his Tweet sharing the news.

There’s a fair chance that his past two singles, “Good Things Fall Apart” and “Pray” might be a part of this new project’s tracklist, as well as his mystery collaboration with The Chainsmokers that was roadtested at Ultra Miami. Ultimately, that remains to be seen. Other than new music, Illenium has maintained a robust touring schedule that saw him headline New York’s Madison Square Garden for the very first time.
